when i started this game 2 month ago, my goal was to one day participate in a tour, but after a couple of weeks i realised, that to make it to the top 5 divisions demands a lot more than i expected, but now i find my cl team pretty strong, but the 6 man cl team has not raced a lot of races together, our new captain Alberto Perriera has only raced 1 race and Twan Slegers hasn't raced at all, and with Olufsen still under training. Im really looking forward to see what the team can achieve this season. My goal for the team is to reach division 5 within the next season.

He is maxed now, he maxed at 61TT Then ill TT centered him once, so now he just need one last TT session to be fully maxed
Olufsen looks like a beast now, Just need to get a bit of support for him. If he's not maxed yet, go for TQ as this will also improve his TT asset

Whatever time he loses in the Climbing stages he'll most likely make up in the TT with that FR ability
wich tours are you thinking of, he only got 43 dh, isn't that to bad to win a tour or to be a good captain?
